Shipping, Pickup, & Etc.

Shipping is currently available world wide through Canada Post.  Please remember that international orders, especially outside of North America, may experience long wait times.  If you pick International Surface, the average time seems to be 2-3 months according to most of the customers from Europe and Australia, so please keep that in mind.

If you chose "local pickup", please wait for my ready for pickup email, and make sure to check your junk/spam folder as it sometimes ends up in there.  In most cases, you will be heading to United Strangers Coffee to pick up your package at 2740 Mt Seymour Pkwy, North Vancouver.  They are only a couple blocks away from my studio and open from 8am to 4pm, 7 days week.  It's much easier to pick up from there rather than trying to coordinate a window of time between your schedule and my schedule, which is still an option if you can't make the first option for any reason.  Just give them your name and tell them you are picking up for Pinched Pottery and they will bring out your goodies :)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your shipment.  As long as the item is unused and you have the original packaging and receipt, you will be able to either bring it back to the studio, or ship it back to me using the packaging it came in for a full refund.  Kindly remember that shipping fees are not refundable, and unfortunately, I will not be able to cover the cost to send the items back to me.

If your shipment arrived damaged, please notify me right away.  I will work with you and do my best to make sure we remedy the situation.
